The role?  The Workshop Manager will oversee and coordinate all operations related to the refurbishment and maintenance of offshore pedestal crane components within the workshop. This role involves managing workshop activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards, optimizing productivity, and delivering high-quality services. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in mechanical systems, leadership capabilities, and a focus on safety and efficiency. Main Responsibilities & Key Result Areas Workshop Operations Management:  Plan, schedule, and supervise all refurbishment and maintenance activities for offshore pedestal crane components.  Ensure the efficient use of resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials.  Develop and implement maintenance schedules to meet project deadlines.  Technical Oversight: Inspect and assess the condition of components and recommend appropriate repair or replacement solutions. Provide technical guidance to workshop teams on mechanical, hydraulic, and structural repair processes. Ensure adherence to quality control standards during all refurbishment activities.
