*Job Title: Workshop Supervisor – High-End Car Workshop* *Location:* United Arab Emirates *Experience:* Minimum 5 years (UAE experience required) *Salary:* AED 10,000 – 15,000 per month *Industry:* Luxury / High-End Automotive Services ### *Job Overview:* We are seeking a highly capable and experienced *Workshop Supervisor* to lead and oversee the daily operations of our high-end automotive workshop. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the UAE and a proven track record working with luxury vehicles and managing multi-disciplinary teams. This role requires a hands-on leader who can coordinate and support all departments — mechanical, electrical, diagnostics, body & paint — to ensure efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. ### *Key Responsibilities:* * Supervise and coordinate the workflow across all departments within the workshop. * Lead, support, and guide department heads and technicians to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery. * Monitor ongoing jobs, assess workloads, and allocate tasks to maximize efficiency. * Ensure adherence to safety protocols, workshop policies, and quality standards. * Act as the main point of contact between workshop teams and senior management. * Conduct regular meetings with teams to review performance, resolve issues, and implement improvements. * Assist in diagnosing technical problems and support with complex cases when needed. * Ensure all tools, equipment, and facilities are maintained in optimal condition. * Maintain accurate records of jobs, parts, and labor in coordination with the service advisors. ### *Requirements:* * Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in a high-end or luxury car workshop in the UAE. * Strong understanding of workshop operations including mechanical, electrical, diagnostics, and bodywork. * Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills. * High level of professionalism and attention to detail. * Ability to manage multiple departments and handle high-pressure situations. * Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage. * Knowledge of automotive workshop management software is a plus. * Dealership Experience is a must. ### *Benefits:* * Competitive salary: AED 10,000 – 15,000/month * Additional benefits as per UAE labor law * Work with a team of specialists in a high-standard, luxury automotive environment * Career development opportunities

Requirements Current Part-66 AMEL with type rating on A320 family fitted with CFM56 and IAE V2500 engines. 3 years in MCC of a scheduled airline operating A320 family of aircraft (Mandatory). Fluent in spoken and written English language. Proficient in MS Office suite of applications (EXCEL, WORD, POWERPOINT, etc.) Expert in Engineering systems such as AMOS, RAMCO, TRAX, etc. Minimum of TEN years of total aircraft maintenance experience out of which, minimum 3 years as a certifying staff. Bachelor’s degree/AME diploma.
