We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior MEP Technician to join our dynamic team. You will be the bridge between our clients and production team, ensuring smooth workflows, timely deliveries, and high-quality outcomes. This is a client-facing role that requires solid understanding of CGI and architectural visualization processes. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate digital visualization projects from brief to delivery -Gather project inputs (files, drawings, references) and prepare them for internal production - Liaise with clients, CGI artists, animators, and external collaborators - Organize production timelines and review cycles - Ensure quality control and follow-up on feedback and approvals - Support backend coordination of tools and platforms (e.g., Frame.io, Google Drive) Requirements: - Experience in 3D visualization is essential (renders, animations, virtual tours) - Background in architecture, interior design, media production, or creative coordination - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Ability to understand architectural drawings, 3D files, and moodboards - Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously - Fluent in English and professional communication, based in Dubai Bonus / Nice to Have: - Exposure to UI/UX projects or digital applications
