The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years' experience working with a consultancy in Dubai and be well-versed in authority submissions, technical detailing, and 3D presentation work. Key Responsibilities: Develop innovative architectural designs from concept through to working drawings. Prepare and coordinate authority submissions (DM, DDA, Trakhees, etc.). Produce and review working drawings and construction documentation. Create high-quality 3D renderings and visual presentations. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely project delivery. Know how to handle Clients Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in a Dubai-based architectural consultancy. Proficient in Revit (required), AutoCAD, and 3D rendering software. Strong understanding of UAE authority procedures and building codes. Requirements A degree in Design, Computer Science, or a similar field. 5+ years of experience in Product or UX/UI design, including designing and launching consumer-facing digital products. Strong grasp of user-centred design principles and modern design trends. Extensive knowledge of user, market, and competitor research methods and their application in the design process. Knowledge of design systems and how to evolve them to cater to diverse use cases. Understanding of UX/UI design for both desktop and mobile environments. Familiarity with real estate, analytical or CRM platforms is a plus. Proficiency in Figma and other modern design and prototyping tools. Competence in interpreting user and product analytics to inform and validate design decisions. Aptitude for balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
