Burj Views is a complex of three high-rise buildings, each with 30+ floors above ground level. Named as Burj Views A (East Tower), Burj Views B (Central Tower) and Burj Views C (West Tower), these buildings share a wide podium. Additionally, the buildings have six elevators and three basement parking levels that add to the convenience. Burj Views is a residential project by Emaar – a prominent real estate developer. It was launched in 2004 and the project’s three buildings were ready by 2009. There are a total of 736 residential units in this complex, which includes 155 units in the East Tower, 131 units in the Central Tower and 254 in the West Tower.
