Burj Views is a complex of three high-rise buildings, each with 30+ floors above ground level. Named as Burj Views A (East Tower), Burj Views B (Central Tower) and Burj Views C (West Tower), these buildings share a wide podium. Additionally, the buildings have six elevators and three basement parking levels that add to the convenience. Burj Views is a residential project by Emaar – a prominent real estate developer. It was launched in 2004 and the project’s three buildings were ready by 2009. The towers of Burj Views have been carefully crafted to maximise the striking views of the surrounding area, including the man-made lake, canal, Burj Park and Burj Khalifa. The façade features sea-green and cream-coloured cladding of glass and concrete. The architect behind the modern architecture and smart designing of Burj Views is Dubai Architectural Research Team International. Properties in Burj Views are offered for both rent and sale and are available in a mix of studios and one and two-bed apartments. There are a total of 736 residential units in this complex, which includes 155 units in the East Tower, 131 units in the Central Tower and 254 in the West Tower. There are also few properties in the podium building of Burj Views.
