THE APARTMENT: * Luxury, resort-style apartment. * Brand new apartment - never been lived in. * Your room is fully furnished with ensuite bathroom and all linens included. * Room is for 1 person only. * Free outdoor parking. * Your room has a balcony entrance. * Weekly maid service, weekly water delivery, Netflix and Amazon Prime accounts on the living room TV. * Price does not include utilities. * Amenities: Private gym with personal trainer on staff, 25-meter lap pool, family pool with cabanas and sun beds, bbq areas, outdoor dining lounges, resident pavilion, woman's salon, pharmacy, and coffee shop. A market and restaurant are currently being built. THINGS TO KNOW: 1. Can be short term rental but minimum is 3 months. 2. There are 2 lovely cats. ME: * Single, Professional Female from USA. * I wake up at 5:30 am to get ready for work and go to bed around 9:30 - 10 pm. YOU: * Female, professional, non-smoker, Westerners only. * Must be respectful of my work hours, i.e quiet during the week. * No overnight guests without prior approval. CONSIDERATIONS: * 3 months rent paid in advance. * 1 month notice for moving out. * No smoking/vaping inside the apartment or on the balcony. * Deposit returned after moving out if there are no damages to furniture, appliances, or apartment.
