We are looking for a detail-oriented Procurement Engineer to manage end-to-end procurement activities for school operations and facilities. You will be responsible for sourcing quality vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services aligned with educational and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the academic, facilities, and operations teams to identify procurement needs (school supplies, lab equipment, building materials, HVAC, IT hardware, AMC services). Prepare RFQs, evaluate vendor proposals, and execute cost-effective sourcing strategies. Review technical specs and ensure items/services meet MOE, KHDA, and safety compliance where required. Manage procurement of infrastructure, utilities, and civil/MEP support for school buildings and renovations. Maintain accurate procurement records, delivery logs, and supplier performance data.
