Scope of WorkWe are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Accountant / Finance Specialist with 3–4 years ofproven experience in the UAE to oversee and manage the company’s financial activities. Thecandidate must demonstrate a strong understanding of UAE tax laws, particularly VAT, and becapable of supporting both operational and strategic financial tasks.Key Responsibilities:•Financial Planning & Reporting•Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.•Track income and expenditure to ensure proper budgeting and cash flow management.•Generate and analyze financial statements to support business decisions.•Invoicing & Billing•Create professional and well-structured invoices using Excel or accounting software (e.g.,QuickBooks, Zoho, Tally).•Ensure timely issuance and follow-up of client invoices and payment collections.•Project Financials•Develop and maintain project-based BOQs (Bill of Quantities) with accurate costestimations.•Monitor project budgets and highlight financial risks or discrepancies.•Compliance & Auditing•Ensure full compliance with UAE VAT and corporate tax regulations.•Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and submit required documentation.•Prepare and file tax returns and support any tax inspection or audit process.•Contract Review•Review financial clauses in contracts and agreements to ensure favorable and compliantterms.•Advise management on financial implications of contractual obligations.•Payroll Management•Process monthly staff payroll, ensuring accuracy in salary, deductions, and allowances.•Maintain payroll records and compliance with labor laws and WPS requirements.Requirements:• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in the UAE in a similar role.• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, tax laws, and financial compliance.• Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work independently.
