Accountant

Whitehats LLC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have solid experience in accounting and finance, a strong understanding of UAE VAT regulations, and hands-on experience with ERP systems (preferably ERPNext or similar platforms). The role involves managing financial records, online payments, bank accounts, and ensuring compliance with local financial regulations. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting operations and bookkeeping Handle VAT accounting and calculations in compliance as per UAE laws Reconcile bank statements and manage online banking transactions Prepare and maintain financial reports, ledgers, and monthly closing Process supplier invoices, payments, and petty cash Use ERP systems (ERPNext preferred) for financial data entry and reporting. Managing Accounts receivable - Regular follow-up with customers and coordination with the sales team Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in the UAE Strong knowledge of UAE VAT laws and compliance Experience with online payments and managing corporate bank accounts Proficiency in ERPNext or any major ERP platform Excellent Excel and financial reporting skills Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills Fluent in English (written and spoken)
