Experience working as IT Auditor or GRC team in a Big 4 firm (EY, PwC, Deloitte, KPMG) or equivalent consulting environment. Proven experience in conducting audits or assessments based on: ISO/IEC 27001 ISO 22301 NIST CSF PCI DSS Strong knowledge of data privacy laws, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance requirements (e.g. PCI-DSS). Solid understanding of ISO, business continuity, information security management systems (ISMS), and regulatory compliance frameworks. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly. Job Summary: Creative Chaos is seeking a diligent and knowledgeable Tax Specialist (Enrolled Agent) to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing tax returns, advising clients on tax-related matters, and ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local tax laws. Duties & Responsibilities: Prepare and review U.S. individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns (Forms 1040, 1120, 1065, etc.) Advise clients on tax planning, compliance, and structuring matters Represent clients before the IRS in audits, appeals, and collection cases Assist in preparing responses to IRS notices and handling tax controversy matters Ensure timely and accurate filings with adherence to IRS and state-specific guidelines Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., accounting, legal) on tax issues Keep up to date with U.S. tax laws, international tax treaties, and IRS updates Support ITIN application and acceptance agent services (if applicable) Train junior staff or tax associates as needed Requirements Must be an Enrolled Agent (EA) with current IRS credentials.
