Key Responsibilities: Develop annual technical training calendar for UAE network Manage training center operations and equipment Coordinate with OEM for technical updates and certifications Implement hybrid/electric vehicle training programs Manage training budgets and resources Develop Emiratization technical training programs Monitor technician certification compliance across UAE Qualifications Required: 8-12 years automotive technical experience with 5+ years training Master technician certification from major manufacturer Experience with latest automotive technologies (EV, ADAS) Training certification (Certified Technical Trainer) Understanding of UAE vocational training requirements Workshop management experience Bilingual training delivery capability
