About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Group Project Manager to oversee and coordinate projects across all departments of our cryptocurrency exchange. This key role will be responsible for tracking progress, ensuring alignment, and facilitating communication between our various teams, including product, legal, trading, finance, customer service, admin, risk, and operations. Key Responsibilities: Day 1 (Launch Phase): Establish a centralized project tracking system for all departments Develop standardized project management methodologies and templates Set up initial cross-functional meetings with department heads Create a baseline group-level project pipeline Identify and highlight external dependencies such as onboarding, integrations and licensing On-going: Maintain and update the group-level project pipeline, incorporating initiatives from all departments Facilitate regular cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment and address interdepartmental challenges Provide executive leadership with clear, concise updates on overall project statuses, risks, and achievements Identify and proactively address potential bottlenecks or conflicts between departmental priorities Assist department heads in resource allocation and capacity planning to optimize project delivery Implement and maintain project management tools and processes to enhance visibility and collaboration Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project and organizational success Mentor and guide project managers within individual departments to ensure consistency in approach and reporting Requirements 8+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years coordinating cross functional departments Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects in the financial technology or cryptocurrency sector Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously Superior communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience in implementing and managing project management tools and processes across an organization Ability to quickly understand and navigate complex regulatory and technical landscapes PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus Tools: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana, Monday.com) Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) Strong skills in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel for complex data analysis and PowerPoint for executive presentations Benefits What We Offer: Competitive salary Flexible work schedule, remote work opportunity Generous paid leave Opportunity for professional development, participation to industry events FreedX is an equal opportunity employer. Job Summary The Quantity Surveyor will lead key elements of the site-based post contract delivery of our cost management activities having daily interaction with the rest of the AECOM site supervision team. They will be expected to work well as part of a team and autonomously and know when to reach back to the office / line manager for additional support. Job Duties To achieve the highest standards of professional competence and to demonstrate this ability in all dealings with clients and professional contacts, reinforcing the profile of the firm. Ability to integrate with key members of the design team and Client team. Assist in evaluating claims. Preparation of financial updates and monthly cost reports. Job Summary The Civil Engineer is responsible for performing all the administrative and operational functions necessary for the day to day operation of the project. In the absence of the Sr. Civil Engineer, the Civil Engineer will assume his duties. Job Duties Review of Inspectors Daily Reports. Preparation of Engineer’s Daily Diary. General oversight of Inspector’s daily activities including works assignments, on-site performance and guidance on the supervision of the Contractor’s operations. Review of Contractor’s inspection, surveying and testing requests and subsequent completed reports. Review and Approval of the Contractor’s Shop Drawings as delegated by the Resident Engineer. Monitoring the performance of the survey party. Review and Approval of the Contractor’s proposed materials and methods as delegated by the Resident Engineer. Preparation of Meeting Minutes as delegated by the Resident Engineer. Coordination with Contractor’s supervisory personnel regarding schedule, sequence and method of work. Monitoring conformance with the Contractor’s schedule. Continuous Field Inspections of the work in the progress and consultation with both the Resident Engineer’s and Contractor’s supervisory staff. Preparation of written and oral reports to the Resident Engineer on contractual and procedural matters. Review of as-built drawings, in coordination with inspectors and surveyors. Qualification Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering Previous RTA approval is preferrable Experience 10+ years demonstrable experience in supervision of construction of roads and highways.
