The MCC Controller is a key role reporting to the Senior Manager – Maintenance, responsible for overseeing all technical matters related to the beOnd fleet. Serving as the focal point for Flight Crew and maintenance providers, the MCC Controller ensures seamless communication, effective coordination, and positive operational control across the fleet. This role maintains situational awareness of fleet status at all times, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and optimized aircraft availability. Key Responsibilities: Act as the liaison between the Maintenance Department and other internal and external stakeholders, including Operations, CAMO, and SSC. Coordinate maintenance activities to ensure they are completed on time and in compliance with MCAR 145 regulations and company procedures. Monitor aircraft status and provide real-time updates to relevant departments, ensuring clear communication and quick resolution of issues. Facilitate the planning and scheduling of maintenance tasks, working closely with the CAMO Technical Records & Planning to optimize aircraft availability. Ensure that all necessary documentation, including work orders and maintenance records, is accurate and up to date. Participate in daily meetings to discuss maintenance status, upcoming tasks, and any issues that may impact aircraft availability. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any maintenance-related issues that may arise, coordinating with appropriate departments to find solutions. Support the compliance team during audits and inspections, providing necessary documentation and information. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing maintenance efficiency and reducing aircraft downtime. Provide feedback and recommendations to improve maintenance processes and communication channels within the organization. Other duties that maybe assigned by the Management as and when required and necessitated by operations. Requirements Current Part-66 AMEL with type rating on A320 family fitted with CFM56 and IAE V2500 engines. 3 years in MCC of a scheduled airline operating A320 family of aircraft (Mandatory). Fluent in spoken and written English language. Proficient in MS Office suite of applications (EXCEL, WORD, POWERPOINT, etc.) Expert in Engineering systems such as AMOS, RAMCO, TRAX, etc. Minimum of TEN years of total aircraft maintenance experience out of which, minimum 3 years as a certifying staff. Bachelor’s degree/AME diploma. In the absence of the Sr. Civil Engineer, the Civil Engineer will assume his duties. Job Duties Review of Inspectors Daily Reports. Preparation of Engineer’s Daily Diary. General oversight of Inspector’s daily activities including works assignments, on-site performance and guidance on the supervision of the Contractor’s operations. Review of Contractor’s inspection, surveying and testing requests and subsequent completed reports. Review and Approval of the Contractor’s Shop Drawings as delegated by the Resident Engineer. Monitoring the performance of the survey party. Review and Approval of the Contractor’s proposed materials and methods as delegated by the Resident Engineer. Preparation of Meeting Minutes as delegated by the Resident Engineer. Coordination with Contractor’s supervisory personnel regarding schedule, sequence and method of work. Monitoring conformance with the Contractor’s schedule. Continuous Field Inspections of the work in the progress and consultation with both the Resident Engineer’s and Contractor’s supervisory staff. Preparation of written and oral reports to the Resident Engineer on contractual and procedural matters. Review of as-built drawings, in coordination with inspectors and surveyors. Qualification Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering Previous RTA approval is preferrable Experience 10+ years demonstrable experience in supervision of construction of roads and highways. Job Purpose To conduct Operational risk assessment of the Bank’s departments in line with the Risk Management Framework. Review the bank’s new product programs, policies, procedures, cycles re-engineering, and any amendments thereof to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of processes and controls. Key Responsibilities Perform periodic Risk Assessment of all departments of the Bank in line with the Board approved Risk Management Framework Develop and implement the Risk Assessments quality review plan of all departments of the Bank Review drafted; new product programs, policies, procedures, proposed memos. Highlight gaps in controls & inefficiency in process flows. Represent Risk Management in the committees formed for launching new products, process cycle re-engineering, new policies and procedures development, and any subsequent amendments thereof. Share proposals and concerns as well as suggestions to mitigate the identified risks. Liaise with Stakeholders to discuss inherent risks in the process, areas of concerns, assess overall residual risks of unresolved concerns and recommend enhancements. Review final documents stated above, highlight unresolved concerns, discuss with stakeholders and assess overall residual risks of unresolved concerns. Follow up with the concerned departments for the revision of the policies & procedures in order to present changes for stakeholders’ review and document changes through the Policies and Procedures department Ensure adherence of all documentation and activities as per the Bank’s SOPs, SLAs and regulatory & audit requirements Competencies/Skills Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Economics / Accounting / Risk Management / Business Administration, Marketing, Banking, and similar subjects. Job Purpose To ensure collection activities are implemented on the assigned portfolio such that it results in the maximization of recoveries, reduction of delinquency rate and NPL Key responsibilities Achieve assigned target with regards to collections by ensuring timely follow up on overdue as per the Collections policy and to ensure that NPL portfolio is minimized. Ensure legal action on the assigned portfolio whenever it is necessary and in line with collections policy. Ensure that daily and monthly number of calls are met for the assigned portfolio. Ensure representation of necessary instruments such and DDAs, SIOs and Cheques etc. in order to recover the overdue for the assigned portfolio. Send dunning / warning legally approved letters, emails and SMS to delinquent customers as per the collection policy for the assigned portfolio. Ensure that the team coordinates with all branches/other departments to obtain and update customer’s telephone numbers and addresses in order to the call the delinquent customers. Ensure proper documentation of assigned portfolio related activities and updates into Collection System. Identification of Skip status and report the same to the supervisor. Negotiate/finalize restructuring/settlement agreements for assigned portfolio to with a view to minimize banks losses. Be alert to early warning signals and report them to direct Supervisor immediately for further action. Ensure strict compliance with DIB policies and procedures and CB UAE regulations. Competencies/Skills University Degree or equivalent At least 1-2 years Experience in similar field
