Key Responsibilities: • Receive and record all incoming couriers and deliveries. • Answer, screen, and forward phone calls, and emails. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems (physical and digital). • Assist in preparing and organizing documents for management review. • Keep a daily log of office activities and share reports with management. • Ensure the reception/office area remains neat, clean, and welcoming. ⸻ Preferred Candidate: • Residing near Al Hamriyah Free Zone (priority will be given to candidates nearby). • Prior experience in an administrative or receptionist role is a plus. • Proficient in basic computer skills (MS Office, email, etc.). • Good communication and organizational skills.
