Sublimation Machine Operator

Job Title: Sublimation Machine Operator Location: Dubai Job Type : Full-Time Industry: Garment Manufacturing – Sublimation Printing & Production Experience Required: Minimum 2–4 years experience in sublimation printing operations and graphic design for garments, preferably in sportswear, activewear, or custom printed garments. Job Summary: We are hiring a skilled Sublimation Machine Operator cum Designer to handle both graphic file preparation and printing operations using sublimation technology. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating sublimation machines, managing heat transfer processes, and designing print-ready artwork for garments like t-shirts, jerseys, and custom apparel. Key Responsibilities: Create and prepare print-ready designs using software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CorelDRAW. ●Adjust design placements and templates based on garment sizes and styles. ●Ensure color accuracy, resolution, and proper sizing for sublimation output. ●Coordinate with the production team and clients for design approvals. ●Operate and monitor sublimation printers, paper transfer systems, and heat press machines. ●Align prints accurately during the heat transfer process on fabrics. ●Monitor print quality, color consistency, and prevent misalignment or ghosting. ●Conduct basic machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues (head alignment, ink levels, paper feeding). ●Manage daily print queues and meet production deadlines. ●Maintain cleanliness of machines and work area. ●Check the printed Fabric Quality and defects find
