Factory Helper – Steel Manufacturing About the Job We make steel products like lattice towers, poles, and other large metal structures. We need helpers in the factory who can work hard, follow instructions, and, if possible, bring some useful skills. What You Will Do -Help machine operators, welders, and fabricators with daily work. -Use or help with CNC machines and other tools (we can train you). -Move and organize steel materials in the factory. -Keep the work area clean and safe. -Load and unload materials. -Help keep track of tools and materials in the factory. It’s a Plus If You Have Experience In: -CNC machines for steel or metal work. -Welding or basic metal fabrication. -Working with steel structures like lattice towers. -Using cutting, drilling, or grinding tools. -Organizing inventory in a workshop or warehouse. -Reading simple technical drawings.

Partner with suppliers to identify and resolve technical issues that may arise during development or production. Innovation & Sustainability Stay ahead of market trends and emerging technologies in packaging development to propose innovative solutions. Lead initiatives for sustainable packaging, evaluating eco-friendly materials and recyclability strategies. Support R&D efforts to integrate new materials and manufacturing processes that enhance product performance. Quality & Compliance Collaborate with Quality teams to define and implement robust testing protocols for new packaging components. Participate in line trials and first production runs at contract manufacturers to validate packaging performance. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years in packaging development within the cosmetics or beauty industry, with a strong technical foundation in packaging materials, manufacturing processes, injection molding, and decoration techniques. Experience working with contract manufacturers and suppliers is essential. Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, KeyShot) and 3D prototyping is highly advantageous. Experience working with contract manufacturers and suppliers to develop and industrialize packaging solutions. Ability to work in a fast pace environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely execution. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting packaging issues.
