Our culture is all about speed and care.  Role Summary: The Fleet Management Associate holds the responsibilities of overseeing the Delivery Assistants in their day-to-day operational assignments, analyzing work processes based on performance reports and recommending improvements, leading coordination with other teams and departments, and reporting relevant matters to the management. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Provide leadership and daily support to Delivery Assistants; address and resolve operational issues or concerns. Consistently engage with Delivery Assistants to ensure that shipments are delivered in accordance with the Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
