Maintain accurate stock levels and update records regularly. Issue supplies to concerned departments and maintain logbooks. Conduct regular stock audits and report discrepancies to management. Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper handling of items in storage. Coordinate with procurement and accounts departments regarding stock requirements. Follow company policies and safety standards at all times. Requirements: Proven experience as a Store Keeper or in warehouse management. Good knowledge of inventory management systems. Strong organizational and record-keeping skills. Basic computer skills (MS Office, inventory software). Physically fit and able to handle warehouse activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting staff, clients, and materials safely and efficiently, ensuring punctuality and maintaining a professional image at all times. Key Responsibilities: • Safely operate company vehicles for transportation of staff, crew, and goods as required. • Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off for seafarers, clients, and employees. • Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of the vehicle. • Follow UAE traffic laws and safety regulations at all times. • Assist with loading and unloading when required. • Keep logbooks and report any maintenance or repair requirements. • Maintain a courteous and professional attitude with staff and clients. Requirements: • Valid UAE Driving License (Light Vehicle). • Minimum 2 years of driving experience in UAE. • Preference will be given to candidates with RTA driving experience or professional drivers with proven records. • Good knowledge of UAE roads and traffic regulations. • Ability to communicate in English (basic level required). • Polite, professional, and well-presented.
