Store Keeper – Warehouse Operations Location: United Arab Emirates Employment Type: Full-time We are looking for a trustworthy and organized Store Keeper to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will ensure proper receipt, storage, and issuance of materials, maintain accurate inventory records, and uphold company procedures for stock management. Key Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming materials and supplies Organize and store materials in designated areas following safety guidelines Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock records Issue materials and tools to staff as per approved requests Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile with system records Monitor inventory levels and notify management of low stock Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports Ensure warehouse cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance with safety regulations Requirements: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HVAC / MEP Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and handle physical workload Valid UAE driving license (preferred) High school diploma or equivalent; certification in storekeeping or logistics is a plus
