Key Responsibilities: • Receive and record all incoming couriers and deliveries. • Answer, screen, and forward phone calls, and emails. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems (physical and digital). • Assist in preparing and organizing documents for management review. • Keep a daily log of office activities and share reports with management. • Ensure the reception/office area remains neat, clean, and welcoming. ⸻ Preferred Candidate: • Residing near Al Hamriyah Free Zone (priority will be given to candidates nearby). • Prior experience in an administrative or receptionist role is a plus. • Proficient in basic computer skills (MS Office, email, etc.). • Good communication and organizational skills. Our culture is all about speed and care.  Responsibilities include but not limited to Receiving incoming shipments, verifying their contents against purchase orders or packing lists, and ensuring accurate documentation. Inspecting incoming and outgoing goods for damage, defects, or discrepancies and reporting any issues to supervisors or relevant departments. Organizing and storing received goods in designated locations within the warehouse, ensuring efficient space utilization and proper inventory management. Proven track record of warehousing & Fulfilment experience. Proficiencies Excellent verbal and written communication skills To be physically fit as lifting and carrying is required Intermediate computer knowledge Flexibility and willingness to work in rotational and night shifts.
