Responsibilities Record maintenance needs based on daily visits to the shops and requests received from Store Services Specialist, and handle the planning, scheduling and daily distribution of tasks in order to ensure timely repair in compliance with quality and safety standards. Assist in managing and coordinating all floor operations between the shops and maintenance work. Supervise preventive works in order to ensure that it is carried out by the contractors in a timely and satisfactory manner. Coordinate with the repair contractor for items beyond his or the team's capability. Monitor all security issues (shop door alarm, intrusion and fire alarm) in order to ensure their proper functioning. Buy all necessary material for maintenance works such as brushes, nails and other supplies. Replace team members in carrying out basic maintenance works in case of absence or as needed. The role?  The primary responsibility is to support the deck operations on the client platform as per EnerMech processes and procedure and demonstrate safety leadership and continuous development in all aspects of crane, lifting and support service activities.  Main Responsibilities & Key Result Areas Operate platform pedestal and overhead gantry cranes under the direction of nominated platform personnel and in accordance with manufacturer's instructions and platform operating procedures.  The crane operator should only respond to the instruction (signals) given by the Rigger or appointed Signaler, however he shall follow the Emergency Stop Signal from any one at site in case of any emergency.  Carry out daily pre-operational checks on the cranes in accordance with pre-use checklist.  The crane Operator shall also be responsible for reporting all defects noted during operation of the crane to the crane supervisor.  Able to set and check the functioning of the rated capacity limiter and rated capacity indicator.  Responsible for effectively carrying out scheduled planned maintenance routines up to (6 monthly) of all offshore pedestal and overhead cranes, with the objective of maintaining safe operations.  Maintain cranes in a clean and tidy condition, including cabs, machinery housing and external surfaces.  Carry out Platform Emergency Duties under the direction of nominated personnel.  Keep a logbook of crane operations.   In addition to crane maintenance duties, operate overhead cranes under the direction of nominated site personnel and in accordance with authorized operators instructions manual and site operating procedures.  When working overhead cranes, carry out daily routine on the crane in accordance with maintenance procedures and pre-start checklist.  Inspect the job site to ensure compliance with safe practices and procedures. Maintain quality of safety in the crane group and participate in the site safety reviews i.e. Near Miss Reporting/STOP cards.  Responsible for giving a detailed report of any crane incidents to the Crane Supervisor.  Requirements Must read and write English fluently. Be experienced, fully trained and competent in the operation and maintenance of offshore pedestal cranes.   Must have adequate understanding of the capabilities and limitations of each crane with regard to offshore operation, and of the various installed mechanisms, control and safety systems.   Educated to a minimum qualification of higher secondary school certificate or HNC or equivalent  qualification.  At Least a minimum of 5 years' experience in an offshore/onshore experience and a minimum of 3 years in similar position.  Have an Offshore Stage 3 Crane Operator certificate.   Must have sufficient general engineering knowledge of the lifting equipment to carry out routine maintenance and inspection routines up to 3 monthly PM.  Should assist mechanics and ad-hoc crew in completing, routine maintenance, major maintenance, troubleshooting and breakdown maintenance.  Should also be multi-skilled in other platform duties including operating firefighting equipment and undertaking fire standby duties, acting as slinger, Banks man/Signal man, Rigger and deck duties, when required.  Should complete reports, logs and other documentation, as required & shall maintain the cranes in clean condition, internally and externally.  Behaviors and Personal Qualities Essential:   Self-motivated.  Good Communication Skills  High standards of workmanship  Ability to work and react under pressure and tight deadlines  EnerMech is dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive organisation. Position: HVAC or MEP Technician Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Key Responsibilities • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including split units, ducted units, VRF/VRV systems, package units, and chillers. • Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and retail properties. • Troubleshoot and repair faults in electrical panels, wiring, lighting, switches, sockets, pumps, motors, and plumbing lines. • Perform preventive maintenance: filter cleaning, coil washing, refrigerant top-up, and thermostat calibration. • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults in AC and refrigeration systems. • Replace compressors, fan motors, capacitors, and control boards. • Pressure test and vacuum refrigerant lines to ensure leak-free installations. • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals for accurate troubleshooting and installations. • Participate in the company’s emergency call-out program on a rotational basis. • Ensure UAE safety standards and building codes are followed in all HVAC work. • Conduct inspections and generate detailed service reports. • Assist in providing training for other team members. • Serve as part of the emergency response team when required. • Maintain availability to work on weekends and public holidays if needed. • Work independently or as part of a team depending on job requirements. • Keep inventory of supplies and request/order replacements as required. • Ensure all tools, equipment, and work areas are maintained in good condition. • Support inspections and quality checks as per regulatory and client standards. • Maintain service reports and documentation for all completed work. • Maintain polite and professional communication with clients. • Maintain a professional appearance and follow company etiquette (uniform, grooming, punctuality). Qualifications & Experience • ITI / Diploma in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration or equivalent. • ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or MEP discipline. • Minimum 5-7 years’ UAE experience in HVAC installation and maintenance. • Hands-on experience with VRF/VRV systems, chillers, and package units preferred. • Familiarity with HVAC control wiring and basic BMS systems. • Refrigerant handling certification is a plus. • Good conduct certificate from local authority • UAE driving license preferred. • Good communication skills in English Competitive salary based on experience with company visa, accommodation, transportation and benefits as per UAE labour law

Glass Cutting Technician Responsibilities • Measure, mark, and cut glass accurately according to production orders and drawings. • Proficiently operate glass cutting machines, edge grinding machines, washing machines, and other related equipment. • Ensure smooth cutting surfaces, free of chipping, with precise dimensions. • Classify, label, and stack cut glass according to process requirements. • Perform daily cleaning, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of equipment, and report issues promptly. • Strictly follow safety operation procedures to prevent damage and workplace injuries. ⸻ Laminated Glass Technician Responsibilities • Carry out laminated glass processes (PVB, EVA, etc.), including loading, layout, pre-pressing, autoclaving, and unloading. • Be familiar with the lamination process flow and control key parameters such as temperature, pressure, and time. • Inspect laminated glass quality to prevent defects such as bubbles, delamination, or misalignment. • Analyze process issues during production and provide improvement suggestions. • Maintain cleanliness of the lamination room, equipment, and molds. • Ensure production efficiency and finished product quality while minimizing defect rates. ⸻ Insulating Glass Technician Responsibilities • Handle insulating glass processes such as layout, sealing, molecular sieve filling, and edge sealing. • Proficiently operate insulating glass production line equipment. • Strictly follow process requirements to ensure proper sealing and thermal insulation performance. • Inspect glass surfaces and cavity cleanliness to avoid dust and moisture contamination. • Ensure even sealant application and neat edges to prevent air leakage or sealant detachment. • Conduct regular equipment maintenance to ensure stable operation of the production line.
