The ideal candidate must have a strong background in salon or beauty industry reception, excellent communication skills, and full knowledge of the Fresha app for managing appointments and client records. The Receptionist will also play a vital role in managing staff schedules, duty hours, and attendance, ensuring operations run efficiently and in line with salon standards. Key Responsibilities: Salon Operations Management • Oversee daily salon operations to ensure smooth workflow and high service standards. • Manage staff schedules, duty hours, shifts, and leave requests. • Supervise attendance, punctuality, and staff discipline. • Monitor service quality and ensure consistent client satisfaction. Front Desk & Client Relations • Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming, professional atmosphere. • Manage bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling through the Fresha app. • Handle calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-in inquiries. • Provide accurate information about salon services, packages, and promotions. • Address client inquiries and complaints in a polite, professional manner. Financial & Administrative Duties • Manage client payments (cash, card, bank transfer) and maintain accurate POS records. • Prepare daily sales summaries and weekly/monthly performance reports (sales, bookings, expenses). • Oversee inventory control, track usage, and coordinate supply orders. • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and municipality regulations.
