Job Title: AC Technician & Handyman – Installation, Maintenance & General Repairs Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and experienced AC Technician & Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in AC and refrigeration systems and capable of handling general maintenance and repair tasks across residential, commercial, or industrial properties. Key Responsibilities: AC & Refrigeration: Installation: Install and configure new air conditioning and refrigeration units. Maintenance: Conduct routine servicing – clean coils, check refrigerant levels, ensure optimal performance. Repairs: Diagnose and fix mechanical/electrical issues, replace compressors, motors, thermostats, etc. System Overhaul: Overhaul older or malfunctioning systems to restore functionality. Safety & Compliance: Follow safety protocols and ensure systems comply with HVAC regulations. Documentation: Keep accurate service records and complete job orders on time. Customer Support: Explain issues and solutions to clients, provide repair quotes. Handyman Services: Perform general maintenance and minor repair work (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting). Handle fixture installations, door/window repairs, and other on-site tasks as needed. Assist with inspections and ongoing building maintenance. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies. Requirements: Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an AC Technician and/or Handyman Good knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and safety procedures Basic skills in electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance tasks Ability to read technical manuals and troubleshooting guides Physically fit and able to work in various environments Good communication and customer service skills HVAC certification is a plus
