We are seeking skilled and experienced Laptop Repair Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidates will have hands-on expertise in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining laptop and computer hardware. You will be responsible for troubleshooting complex technical issues, performing motherboard-level repairs, and ensuring high-quality service for our customers. Key Responsibilities • Perform advanced hardware repairs, including motherboard-level diagnosis and soldering. • Diagnose and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, and peripheral devices. • Configure, test, and repair computer systems to ensure optimal performance. • Replace and repair faulty components (e.g., RAM, SSD/HDD, GPU, power supply, etc.). • Ensure all repairs meet quality standards and are completed in a timely manner. Requirements: • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in laptop/computer hardware repair. • Strong expertise in motherboard-level repair (chip-level soldering, IC replacement, etc.). • Excellent knowledge of diagnostic tools and repair equipment. • Ability to identify and resolve hardware/software compatibility issues. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Good communication and customer service skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
