Key Responsibilities: Technical Writing: Write and create high-quality technical content, including technical documentation, architecture diagrams, whitepapers, manuals, and guides. Understand complex technical concepts and communicate them clearly and effectively for both technical and non-technical audiences. Proposal Writing: Respond to RFPs (Request for Proposals), write detailed technical proposals, and collaborate with stakeholders to tailor responses to client needs. Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with technical teams (e.g., developers, engineers) to gather detailed information on product features, systems, and architecture.
