We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team at the second branch of our medical center. This role is ideal for someone early in their accounting career who wants to gain practical experience in a healthcare setting. You will be responsible for assisting with daily accounting tasks and financial record-keeping, under the guidance and supervision of a Senior Accountant based at the main branch. Key Responsibilities: - Record daily financial transactions including patient payments, supplier invoices, and petty cash expenses. - Assist with preparing monthly reports and account reconciliations. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and files. - Support VAT filing preparation and basic compliance tasks. - Help manage accounts receivable and payable at the branch level. - Assist in payroll processing by coordinating attendance and salary data. - Prepare and submit simple financial summaries to the Senior Accountant. - Liaise with the main office for accounting updates and internal reporting. - Perform administrative tasks related to finance operations at the branch. Qualifications: - 1–2 years of accounting experience or a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - Experience using Tally accounting software is required. - Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes. - Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Excel. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality. - Good communication skills and fluency in English. - Awareness of UAE VAT regulations is a plus. - Prior experience in a healthcare or medical center setting is an advantage but not required. Additional Details: This position is based at our second branch, working closely with on-site administrative and medical teams. You will receive ongoing support and supervision from a Senior Accountant at our head office.
