About the Role: We are looking for a Senior Security Architect with expertise in securing Core Banking and Payment Systems. This role is pivotal in ensuring the safety, compliance, and resilience of the core banking ecosystem while driving innovation and excellence. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement security solutions for Core Banking and Payment Systems to minimize risks and ensure compliance with global and regional regulations like PCI-DSS. Conduct data classification, asset valuation, and threat modeling for critical systems. Establish and enforce security standards, patterns, and best practices for infrastructure, applications, APIs, and mobile solutions. Collaborate with teams to design and deliver secure solutions aligned with business requirements and timelines. Drive awareness and training workshops to enhance security maturity within teams. Stay updated on emerging trends such as blockchain, digital currencies, and machine learning for banking solutions. Mentor junior architects to improve team quality and deliver exceptional business value. Required Competencies: Domain Expertise: 3–5 years of experience in Core Banking and Payment System domains. Proficiency in securing banking processes, transaction mechanisms, and integrated third-party solutions. Familiarity with systems like Temenos, Finacle, or Flexcube. Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of application, API, and infrastructure security. Experience with data management, threat modeling frameworks, and encryption technologies. Ability to create and deliver impactful presentations tailored to technical and business audiences. Behavioral Skills: Critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
