We are seeking a motivated and dynamic to represent as sales executive and join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing clients, and achieving sales targets. This position involves sales activities, frequent travel within the assigned territory, and building strong customer relationships. Responsibilities: Identify and qualify leads, prospect new business opportunities, and maintain a pipeline of potential clients. Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective clients to showcase products/services and close sales. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Provide professional after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction. Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations. Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Report on sales activities, progress towards targets, and challenges encountered. Requirements: 2 to 3 years sales experience in Furniture and Flooring Industry is mandatory. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively. Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Languages: Hindi, English Job Type: Full-time Experience: 2 - 3 years in Sales (Required) Nationality: Any Nationality Location: Ras Al Khor Driving License - Must Visa - Own Visa Only Salary - 4000 to 5000 (complete package) + Commission. Note: Company vehicle need to use in company working hours only. Other time vehicle need to keep in company compound. Candidates need to stay in Ras Al Khor Area or International City Area.
