Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets. Identify and approach new clients to generate business opportunities. Conduct market research to stay updated on competitors and market trends. Build long-lasting relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service. Deliver impactful presentations and product demonstrations at client sites. Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment of sales campaigns and marketing initiatives. Requirements Minimum of 2 years experience in outdoor sales, with a preference for the healthcare industry and connections with hospitals and clinics Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Strong knowledge of healthcare products and services. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Proactive attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Competence in using CRM software and MS Office Suite. Van Operations Manager (Sales) – FMCG (Food Distribution) About the Role We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Van Operations Manager (Sales) to oversee our van sales operations within the FMCG (Food) sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing van sales teams, optimizing route-to-market (RTM) strategies, and driving revenue growth while ensuring smooth day-to-day distribution and customer service.
