Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our water purifiers and home appliance solutions. The role requires visiting potential customers, explaining product benefits, conducting demonstrations, and closing sales while ensuring customer satisfaction and brand trust. Key Responsibilities: Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, and local marketing activities. Visit homes, offices, and businesses to present and promote company products. Educate customers on the importance of clean water and demonstrate product benefits. Conduct product demonstrations and explain installation, maintenance, and service options. Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets. Build and maintain strong customer relationships for long-term business. Provide after-sales support and coordinate with the service team for smooth installations. Track competitor activities and market trends to identify sales opportunities. Submit daily/weekly reports on leads, visits, and sales performance. Requirements: Previous experience in field sales, preferably in water purifiers, home appliances, or consumer electronics. Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Ability to explain technical features in a simple and convincing way. Self-motivated and target-oriented with a positive attitude. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field (preferred). Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage. Benefits: Fixed salary + attractive commission structure.
