We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Arabic-speaking Sales Account Executive to join our growing team in Dubai. This role is ideal for individuals with 2+ years of sales experience and a solid understanding of the complete B2B sales cycle, eager to grow within the FinTech and RegTech sectors. You will play a vital role in expanding our customer base and promoting our cutting-edge SaaS solutions tailored for financial institutions, legal firms, and compliance teams. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation: Identify and qualify prospective clients through research, outbound outreach, events, and digital channels. Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive, value-driven product demos tailored to client needs across the FinTech and RegTech spaces. Full Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process—from initial contact and discovery to closing and onboarding. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-term client relationships that foster loyalty and account growth. Market Insights: Stay informed on industry trends, customer challenges, and the evolving regulatory technology landscape. CRM Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline stages, and client communications using platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce. Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales strategies with company goals. Qualifications Language: Fluency in Arabic is mandatory. Proficiency in English is also required. Experience: 6 months to 1+ year in B2B sales, business development, or account management. Prior experience in FinTech, SaaS, or RegTech is preferred. Sales Knowledge: Solid understanding of the full B2B sales funnel and consultative selling strategies. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Problem-solving mindset with analytical thinking.
