About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and confident female Telemarketing Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our property listings, generating leads, and setting appointments for the sales team. Key Responsibilities: Make daily outbound calls to prospective clients from the company database. Introduce the company’s real estate services and property listings over the phone. Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team. Maintain a professional and friendly communication style at all times. Accurately update and manage client information in the CRM system. Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner. Meet weekly and monthly call and lead generation targets. Requirements: Female candidates only (due to company requirements). Previous experience in telemarketing / call center / telesales is preferred (real estate experience is an advantage). Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English (Arabic/other languages are a plus). Confident, energetic, and target-driven personality. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
