Role Summary
We are seeking a Business Development Executive to drive new client acquisitions, build lasting relationships, and expand our presence across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. This role is target-driven, field-based, and ideal for someone with a strong sales mindset and a passion for advertising.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities through networking, research, and cold outreach
Conduct in-person client meetings across Dubai and Abu Dhabi to pitch our services
Maintain accurate and timely records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction and successful onboarding
Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and potential business areas
Support contract negotiations and close deals that align with company objectives
Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and follow-ups
Demonstrate consistent professionalism, attention to detail, and strong follow-through
This role includes the following performance expectations:
Lead generation and business acquisition
Consistent closure of client deals
Accuracy and completeness of CRM records
Timely achievement of revenue goals in coordination with Sales Head
Ongoing relationship building and high client retention
Requirements
Requirements
Bachelor’s in Business, Sales, or Marketing (mandatory)
2+ years of UAE business development or sales experience
Fluent in English (spoken & written); Hindi is a plus
Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
Having your own car is an advantage
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
Willing to conduct regular outdoor meetings
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Benefits
Compensation: AED 7,000 - AED 8,000 each month
