In-House Sales & Telemarketing Specialist – Role & Responsibilities Primary Goal: Generate and convert qualified leads through outbound calls, follow-ups, and WhatsApp communication to close daily sales targets. Key Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to leads and explain service offerings • Respond to incoming WhatsApp or phone inquiries quickly and professionally • Follow up with potential leads consistently to drive conversion • Maintain accurate records of lead status, calls, and client responses • Achieve daily and weekly sales targets set by management • Coordinate appointments and walk-ins with front desk agents • Work closely with marketing team to understand current campaigns • Educate leads about the benefits of the 1,000 AED representation service • Handle objections and rejections with a positive, professional tone • Report daily performance and lead quality to management 🧠 Key Skills: • Clear communication in English + one native language (e.g., Urdu, Tagalog, etc.) • Strong sales mindset and follow-up discipline • Fast WhatsApp typing and multi-tasking ability • Familiar with using CRM, WhatsApp Web, or spreadsheets ⸻ Customer Service Sales Agent (Walk-in/Front Desk Role) Primary Goal: Welcome, guide, and register walk-in clients while supporting final payment and onboarding. Key Responsibilities: • Greet and assist all walk-in customers in a professional, friendly manner • Explain the offer clearly and confidently • Collect required documents or forms from clients • Assist with payment handling and issue receipts when needed • Coordinate with telemarketing team to confirm booked appointments • Record all walk-ins and their status in the system or tracking sheet • Handle client questions or concerns with care and clarity • Maintain a tidy and welcoming front desk environment • Ensure proper follow-up for incomplete or pending clients • Report client behavior or unusual cases to the manager daily 🧠 Key Skills: • Excellent verbal communication and presentation • Customer-first attitude with patience and confidence • Trustworthy in handling client info and payments • Basic computer and Google Sheet entry experience
