We are seeking a dedicated Telephone Caller to support our crew recruitment operations. This role involves contacting potential seafarers for available ship vacancies, verifying their interest and availability, aligning them with job descriptions (JD), and coordinating their submission to the client. The caller also assists with daily email checks and documentation follow-ups. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Daily Communication Tasks: • Check company emails regularly for new client vacancies and updates • Extract crew requirements from job descriptions (JD) provided by clients • Shortlist seafarers based on eligibility, rank, and experience • Call seafarers to: • Share job vacancy details • Confirm availability and readiness • Collect required documents if interested ✅ Coordination & Documentation: • Enter crew details into internal system or Excel • Coordinate with documentation team to ensure proper file preparation • Ensure that all documents are valid (passport, STCW, COC, etc.) • Send shortlisted crew profiles to client via email with proper formatting ✅ Follow-up: • Follow up with candidates for missing documents or delayed responses • Follow up with clients for feedback on profiles sent ✅ Compliance: • Ensure the seafarers meet the client’s standards and flag requirements • Maintain compliance as an Authorized Agent in UAE and under RPSL License in India 🧠 Requirements: • Good communication skills in English (Malayalam/Hindi is a plus) • Basic knowledge of marine ranks and ship types is preferred • Computer skills: Email, Excel, WhatsApp, basic file handling • Well-organized and detail-oriented • Previous experience in a calling/admin role is a plus
