Key Responsibilities: Contact customers in KSA to collect information required for customs clearance of inbound shipments. Communicate clearly and professionally in both English and Arabic (preferred) to ensure accurate and efficient information collection. Document and update systems with customer responses, escalations, and follow-ups as needed. Collaborate with the Clearance and Operations teams to expedite shipment processing. Ensure all interactions align with DHL’s service quality standards and customer-centric values. Flag any issues or bottlenecks that may delay clearance to the line manager for swift resolution.
