We are seeking an experienced HR Professional with in-depth knowledge of UAE labor law, government regulations, and HR best practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all HR operations and government-related processes, ensuring full compliance with UAE laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all government-related work including DET, MOHRE, ICP, Immigration, and other official portals.
Handle the full process of opening new company licenses, renewals, and amendments.
Oversee visa processing, work permits, Emirates ID, medicals, and cancellations.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, regulations, and policies.
Liaise with government authorities for approvals, documentation, and submissions.
Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems in compliance with UAE law.
Support management in HR policies, employee relations, and compliance issues.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of HR/Government Relations experience in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and government processes (DET, MOHRE, ICP, Immigration, Free Zones, etc.).
Proven experience handling new trade licenses, renewals, and visa processes.
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Negotiable Salary
