We are looking for a refined, well-spoken, and presentable female Sales Associate to join our exclusive bridal dress rental boutique in Al Majaz, Sharjah. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in bridal gown sales or fashion retail, and must possess a genuine passion for customer service and elegance. This is not just a retail job – it’s about being part of the bride’s dream day. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: • Greet and assist brides and their families in a warm and professional manner • Understand the bride’s needs and help her find the perfect dress • Provide honest, elegant, and persuasive style advice • Coordinate dress fittings and alterations with our in-house team • Ensure boutique cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal at all times • Follow up with leads and inquiries from WhatsApp and Instagram • Manage booking schedules and confirm client appointments • Handle payments and deposit tracking • Occasionally assist with steaming and preparing dresses ⸻ Requirements: • Minimum 1 year of experience in bridal or fashion sales • Fluent in Arabic and conversational English • Presentable, well-groomed appearance with a taste for elegant fashion • Warm personality, excellent communication & interpersonal skills • Organized and proactive with strong attention to detail • Willing to learn and follow a clear sales process and etiquette • Ability to work under minimal supervision • Priority will be given to candidates already residing in Sharjah or nearby areas ⸻ Preferred (but not mandatory): • Experience with wedding dress fittings or styling • Background in tailoring, alterations, or fashion design • Basic understanding of Instagram or WhatsApp Business use
