Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in the showroom & outside at various business locations, providing product knowledge and personalized recommendations. Develop a strong understanding of gym equipment, including treadmills, ellipticals, strength machines, free weights, and accessories. Demonstrate equipment functions and features to customers. Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to explain technical features of equipment in simple terms. Goal-oriented with strong negotiation and closing skills. Computer literacy (MS Office, CRM, POS systems). Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
