Roles & Responsibilities • Manage the front desk, greet visitors, answer and route calls, and handle general office coordination. • Provide full administrative support to the sales and management team. • Prepare and process Trakheesi permits for property listings. • Assist with property marketing, including basic photo editing (Photoshop / Lightroom) for listings. • Coordinate with property portals and ensure listings are compliant and up to date. • Support compliance and documentation procedures. • Handle daily office tasks and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Desired Candidate Profile Secondary School, Diploma, Bachelor of Arts, Any Graduation • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the same role within a Dubai real estate brokerage. • Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate processes, including Trakheesi permit handling. • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); basic knowledge of Photoshop/Lightroom preferred. • Excellent communication and organisational skills. • Professional, presentable, and client-focused. • Fluent English required; additional languages are an advantage. Key Responsibilities: • Promote and market properties through various channels (online, offline, and networking). • Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, and legal requirements related to property transactions. • Conduct property viewings and follow up with prospective clients. • Maintain and update listings of available properties. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and landlords. • Negotiate offers and finalize agreements between buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords. • Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate market trends, regulations, and RERA requirements. • Achieve monthly sales/rental targets as set by the management. Qualifications & Skills • At least 1 year of proven experience in Dubai’s Sales market. • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. • An existing client network within your assigned communities is highly desirable. • RERA certification preferred. • Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus. • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
