Description

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Manager with a DHA Physiotherapist license to lead our Behavioural & Lifestyle Services team. This individual will be responsible for the strategic development and operational management of a multidisciplinary team including exercise and lifestyle coaches, dieticians, and related specialists. This role is central to building and operating our Lifestyle & Performance Center, which will serve as a cutting-edge, functional medicine-inspired wellness and performance hub. The Senior Manager will work closely with the Programs & Partnerships team to create and execute innovative health and wellness programs, sports performance protocols, and corporate and community-based health initiatives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Team Leadership & Service Oversight Lead and manage a multidisciplinary behavioural & lifestyle team (dieticians, lifestyle coaches, exercise specialists). Ensure integrated patient care through collaboration with medical, nursing, and tech teams. Guide continuous professional development and performance evaluation for the team. 2. Program Development & Delivery Design and implement lifestyle intervention programs targeting diabetes, metabolic health, weight management, and general wellness. Lead the development of sports performance and rehabilitation programs, including for athletic and active populations. Set up and operationalize a future-forward Lifestyle & Performance Center integrating physiotherapy, sports science, fitness, and functional medicine concepts. 3. Strategic Collaboration Partner with the Programs & Partnerships team to co-develop wellness initiatives, including B2B and B2C programs. Collaborate on the design and execution of corporate wellness, community outreach, and educational events. 4. Clinical & Operational Excellence Uphold high clinical standards and ensure compliance with DHA and GluCare protocols. Drive innovation and digital health integration into lifestyle service offerings. Track KPIs related to patient outcomes, engagement, and program success. Requirements Qualifications & Experience: DHA Licensed Physiotherapist (mandatory) Years of experience in physiotherapy and wellness/rehab settings, with at least 3 years in a leadership role Strong background in setting up rehabilitation centers, wellness facilities, gyms, or functional medicine-based programs Experience working in sports performance, corporate wellness, or lifestyle medicine Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage cross-functional programs Skills & Attributes: Visionary leader with a passion for health innovation and patient-centered care Deep understanding of behavioural change, sports science, and preventive health Strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills Proactive, tech-savvy, and committed to continuous improvement Join us at GluCare by meta(bolic)and help reshape the future of health by integrating care, lifestyle, and technology to empower better outcomes for people living with or at risk of metabolic disease.
