Bugatti Residences is a 48-storey residential building under development in Downtown Dubai. The tower is comprised of 171 "Riviera Mansions" and 11 penthouse "Sky Mansions." The Riviera Mansions come in three types: two-bedroom Cannes Mansions, three-bedroom St Tropez Mansions, and four-bedroom Monaco Mansions. The Mansion apartments all have large balconies and some of the Sky Mansion penthouses have private pools. The Sky Mansions come with car lifts. The podium contains a 'Riviera-inspired' artificial beach with sand and palm trees. The interior finishes were expected to include solalite blue marble, Calacatta gold, fluted tan wood, brushed chrome, brushed mesh and glossy chrome. Amenities will include a VIP lounge, a bodyguard service, a butler service, a car lift, concierge services, a gymnasium and sauna, private parking spaces, private pools, a spa and valet parking services.
