Maintain organized records of all technical submittals and supplier correspondence. Assist in the procurement process to ensure timely delivery of materials. Resolve any issues related to material discrepancies or delays with suppliers. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred. Minimum of 3 years experience in materials coordination or construction project management. Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and specifications. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and document management software. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
