Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market intelligence and talent mapping to identify prospective candidates in competitive industries. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. Recruitment Metrics and Reporting: Track and report recruitment KPIs, including time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rates. Continuously evaluate and improve the recruitment process to achieve hiring objectives efficiently. Requirements Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, headhunting, or executive search. Strong background in sourcing passive candidates and filling niche or senior-level roles. Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and job boards. Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships. Key Responsibilities Oversee the preparation and presentation of cold Mediterranean dishes, including salads, appetisers, and specialty items. Ensure consistent quality, portioning, and hygiene standards according to brand and HACCP guidelines. Collaborate with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef to maintain a seasonal, creative cold section menu. Train and guide Commis Chefs and other junior staff in cold kitchen techniques and mise-en-place.
