Arrange interviews and editorial meetings with key journalists for clients’ spokespeople in collaboration with MR - in person or over the phone - and facilitate these meetings where appropriate. Monitor media coverage and report results to the wider team and clients. Attend client events and industry conferences. Take correct decisions internally and externally that have a right impact on our standards. Complete awareness of media representatives and ability to distribute client’s press releases, features, articles to the media. Input for 360 comms and have an input for organizational works and flagships. Work collaboratively with team members and build strong relations with other departments to obtain knowledge of the clients’ requirements. Requirements Degree in marketing, communications, journalism or relevant field. Prior experience working in a PR agency, press office or fast-paced media environment is preferable. Event planning experience. High levels of communication - both presentation, verbal and written skills (Arabic and English). Need to have excellent project/program management, work planning, personal organization, and time management skills. With the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects whilst making use of internal and external resources. Analyze and interpret data from website analytics and social media platforms using tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, Meta Pixel and Google Tag Manager (GTM). Craft insightful, data-driven stories to support marketing strategies and campaigns. Create and manage Google Sheets for tracking and analyzing key metrics. Managing a portfolio of clients’ PR accounts  Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships while guiding our strategic recommendations and delivering impactful campaigns.
