Job Title: Real Estate & Property Manager Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate & Property Manager to oversee property operations and drive leasing and sales. This role offers a basic salary plus an attractive commission package, providing excellent earning potential for high performers. Key Responsibilities: Manage residential and/or commercial properties, ensuring smooth daily operations. Market and promote properties through listings, social media, and networking. Conduct property viewings, negotiate terms, and close deals. Handle tenant relations, lease agreements, and property maintenance coordination. Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, buyers, and tenants. Requirements: Experience in real estate sales, leasing, or property management. Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Knowledge of the local property market and relevant regulations. Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently. Compensation: Basic salary + competitive commission structure based on performance.
