Key Responsibilities: • Promote and market properties through various channels (online, offline, and networking). • Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, and legal requirements related to property transactions. • Conduct property viewings and follow up with prospective clients. • Maintain and update listings of available properties. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and landlords. • Negotiate offers and finalize agreements between buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords. • Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate market trends, regulations, and RERA requirements. • Achieve monthly sales/rental targets as set by the management. Qualifications & Skills • At least 1 year of proven experience in Dubai’s Sales market. • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. • An existing client network within your assigned communities is highly desirable. • RERA certification preferred. • Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus. • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
