About the Role: Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual who thrives on establishing lasting client relationships, boosting sales, and championing our brand throughout the UAE. Key Responsibilities: Conduct daily market visits to enhance client relations and generate new sales. Expand the customer base and increase sales throughout the UAE. Achieve company-set revenue and gross margin targets. Input customer leads into Zoho CRM daily for compliance. Monitor payment cycles and update client contracts accordingly. Assist the accounts team in prompt payment collections. Improve online marketing efforts to boost brand visibility. Ensure timely follow-ups and expedite quotes to accelerate deal closures. Submit monthly/quarterly reports and track KPIs for management. Identify new opportunities and adapt products to meet market needs. Contribute across departments to support overall growth. Engage with the UAE coffee/barista community and attend industry events. Be accessible on company mobile & WhatsApp for support (except 10pm–6am) Requirements What We’re Looking For: Proven sales or BD experience, ideally in a similar field. Strong communication and CRM (Zoho) Or Similar Software skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player.
