About the Role We are on the lookout for a dynamic Key Account Manager to spearhead, nurture, and elevate the performance of our exceptional Sales team. In this pivotal role, you'll manage our existing accounts while actively pursuing upselling and cross-selling opportunities, as well as acquiring new accounts that align with Client's offerings, all through your individual contributions. Key Responsibilities: Generate and uncover new business leads through diverse channels. Evaluate leads and identify promising business opportunities. Engage prospects, forge relationships, and assess their needs. Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the Client’s unique value proposition. Tailor solutions to meet client requirements and prepare proposals. Negotiate terms, pricing, and contract details with prospective clients. Finalize agreements and secure new business contracts. Oversee the post-sale process for seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction. Consistently meet or surpass sales targets, contributing to the team's overall success. Qualifications A minimum of 2-3 years of experience managing Key Accounts focusing on upselling and cross-selling services or similar roles within Technology, SaaS, or Fintech companies. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities. Requirements What We're Seeking: Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role, ideally within the SaaS industry. Outstanding skills in communication, negotiation, and fostering relationships. Ability to grasp and evaluate client needs, providing customized solutions. Thorough understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals. Experience in effectively managing and nurturing client relationships. Knowledge of CRM tools and sales software. Motivated and goal-oriented with a solid track record of meeting sales objectives. Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams. Exceptional presentation and product demonstration skills.
