We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Senior Business Development Manager to spearhead our expansion in the UAE market. This role is ideal for a highly motivated professional with a deep understanding of the construction and real estate sectors in the region, and a proven track record of generating leads, closing deals, and building high-value partnerships.  Key Responsibilities  Strategic Growth & Business Development  Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities and strategic partnerships within the UAE construction sector.  Develop and execute regional growth strategies aligned with BolsterUp’s expansion goals.  Lead high-level discussions and present BolsterUp’s value proposition to decision-makers in architectural firms, real estate developers, contractors, and suppliers.  Relationship Management  Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the market.  Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring their success on the platform and identifying upsell opportunities.  Market Intelligence & Positioning  Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to inform strategic decisions.  Collaborate with product and marketing teams to tailor messaging and platform features to regional needs.  Sales Process Leadership  Own the full sales cycle: from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing.  Represent BolsterUp at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows in the UAE and GCC region.  Requirements Minimum 5 years of proven experience in business development or sales within the tech, SaaS, or PropTech sector.  Strong network within the UAE’s construction and development ecosystem.  Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.  Fluency in English (Arabic is a strong plus).  Strategic thinker with the ability to work autonomously and drive results.  Familiarity with the construction industry and real estate sector is preferred.  Benefits Competitive base salary and performance-based commission.  Opportunity to play a leading role in a fast-scaling tech startup in one of the most dynamic markets.  Flexible working conditions and autonomy in managing your pipeline and time.  A chance to shape the digital future of the construction industry.
